This is a recent storm restoration job we performed on a home in Cincinnati, OH. The homeowner had a tree fall on her house & the insurance company wrote her an estimate for a couple thousand dollars.

Upon our inspection, we determined that all of the siding need to be replaced as well as the roof & roof sheathing because the existing siding & roofing was un-matchable.

In the end we got the insurance company to approve a brand new exterior for the home & and the work that was approved went from about $5k all the way to a brand new exterior with the final insurance estimate totaling in at nearly $40k.
